  2. Customs, Duties & Taxes: For orders shipped outside Canada, international customers are solely responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, tariffs, or local taxes levied by the destination country.
  3. Delays & Force Majeure: nourish is not liable for delivery delays caused by customs processing, severe weather, courier interruptions, or force majeure events.

If you send us creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, customer reviews, or other materials (collectively, "comments"), whether online, by email, or otherwise, you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate, and otherwise use any comments you forward to us.
